I've ordered a lot of things from Ballard, and I'm always impressed by the level of care that each piece is packaged and shipped with, and this was no exception.
As someone else in the reviews mentioned, you should have two people unpack and set this up. I managed on my own, but you will run the risk of scratching your floor or the piece if you try it yourself. This cabinet has some heft to it!
The cord management system is excellent, and the one feature you will be pleased with is that the entire back of this cabinet consists of two doors that slide open and closed with a cord opening in the middle. If you're worried about the wood trim on this piece as I was (I wondered if it would look cheap or faux) don't worry! It's a lovely quality and perfectly enhances the cream color of the rest of the cabinet.
